Neuro Linguistic Programming is abbreviated to Nlp Developed in the mid-1970’s by Richard Bandler, a student of psychology and a professor of linguistics John Grinder. They developed a set of compelling applications for individuals and professionals. Their early studies been transformed into tools for creating successful patterning. NLP is about effective communication and behaviour patterns which Richard and John used for eliciting and encoding excellence produced by successful individuals. They modelled people who are excelled in their fields of expertise in sports, training, business, health care, education and more. Understanding how people who excel achieve the results they do is the study of human excellence, with clearly definable sets of principles, ideas and techniques that enable people from all walks of life to make choices that can improve their opportunity to learn and gain greater insight into their ways of thinking without having to become a therapist or spend years in therapy. NLP is about an awareness of how to do things, doing them and being good at them. NLP offers exceptional approaches to can enable an individual to fulfil their life’s ambitions and set their path for succeeding in whatever field of interest. The original work of Richard Bandler and John Grinder have been developed since and refined by others into what is now known collectively as NLP.
